I hope you are pleased with your new Pochette. It is a work of art that I have designed and constructed in my studio – original and unique. No other Pochettes are alike or even similar. The fabrics and vintage jewelry have all been personally collected and selected by me.

If, however, for some reason, this Pochette does not meet with your approval, the following policy is required for its safe return.

1. Please contact us via the "Contact" link with a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction. Please do this within 5 business days of the receipt of your Pochette. I will then respond within 3 business days, authorizing your request.

1. Then ship your Pochette back to me within 3 business days, by the same carrier, insurance and packaging that I used in sending your purchase.  Your Pochette MUST, of course, be in its original pristine condition. Upon my receipt of the purse your refund will be sent within 3 business days. You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

My hope is, however, that you will be so pleased with your Pochette that the above policy will not be necessary!
